    My joints are a completely different story now

    I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis for 6 years and tried every supplement on the market. This is the first herbal blend that has genuinely made a dent. By week 3 I noticed my morning stiffness lasted about half as long. By week 6 I went from 3 ibuprofen a day to maybe 1 every other day. I make it every morning with oat milk and a spoon of coconut oil, exactly as they recommend. The taste is bold but not harsh.
